Application Process

Step 1: Application form

Complete and submit the online scholarship application form.

Step 2: Report Card

Provide report cards from the last two years at the current school.

Step 3: Essay form

Write and submit a 400-word essay detailing your educational goals.

Step 4: Portfolio

Submit a portfolio, if applicable, to showcase your talents or achievements.

Step 5: Student Interview

Participate in an interview with the Head of School and Principals (including a talent showcase, if relevant).

Step 6: Announcement

Await the official announcement and confirm your acceptance.

Step 7: MAP TEST

Take a MAP Test scheduled by our Admissions Team to let us know where you're at academically.

Scholarship opportunities

Apply for XCL ASB Sukhumvit Scholarships 2026

grade 6-11

Minimum GPA: Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Academic Awards: Evidence of recognition for academic accomplishments, such as honor rolls, subject-specific awards, or certificates of merit.
Recommendation Letters: Strong endorsements from teachers or mentors highlighting academic skills, work ethic, and intellectual curiosity.
Statement of Purpose: A compelling essay showcasing academic aspirations, future goals, and contributions to the school community.
Extracurricular Involvement: Participation in academically oriented activities, such as science fairs, debate teams, or mathematics competitions, demonstrating intellectual engagement outside the classroom.
Interview Performance: Ability to articulate thoughts clearly, show passion for learning, and present a vision for academic growth.
Current School Enrollment: To ensure a consistent and fair review of academic records and recommendations, applicants are expected to be currently enrolled in an accredited, in-person school.
